Appointments will take place in a dedicated hair and makeup studio within the hotel.

All appointments will take place between Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th April 2026 and are designed to fit seamlessly around the ENGAGE!26 French Riviera Immersive Retreat Schedule:

How do I book?
Further down this page, you’ll see options to choose from, including times, dates and type. Simply select your preferred appointment and proceed through the checkout process.
How will I know my booking was successful?
Once you book, you will receive an order confirmation immediately by email. Your appointment will be scheduled within the booking window you selected, and the exact appointment time within that window will be confirmed approximately two weeks prior to the event via email and Text/WhatsApp.
We will always try to accommodate any requested changes to the allocated appointment time where possible.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As our team is engaged specifically to attend this event, all appointments are strictly non-refundable once booked.
We appreciate that plans can occasionally change. If your plans do change, we will be happy to try to accommodate a change of time where possible, subject to availability.
