Where will the appointments take place?
Our team will be available at our pop-up beauty studio at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills. 9850 Wilshire Boulevard. Beverly Hills, CA 90210.
When will the appointments take place?
All appointments will take place on Monday 9 November, between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm. The available appointment windows have been carefully planned to fit seamlessly around guest arrival times.
Please note that Guests can dress at the hotel after their appointments.
How do I book?
You’ll find a selection of appointment options, including available time slots and your choice of service, hair or makeup.
Simply select your preferred appointment and service, then proceed through checkout to confirm your booking.

How will I know if my booking has been successful?
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive an order confirmation. Your final appointment time will then be confirmed by email and text message or WhatsApp.
We’ll always do our best to accommodate any requests to change your allocated appointment time, subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change, and we aim to make our cancellation policy as clear as possible.
· Cancellations: A $50 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
· Cancellations within 7 days of your appointment: Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the appointment date are non-refundable.
